• You must not upload files containing malware or malicious content

Files uploaded to our Service are temporarily processed on our secure servers. All uploaded files are automatically deleted within 1 hour after processing is complete. We do not retain copies of your files beyond this period. You are responsible for downloading your processed files within the available timeframe.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Free PDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the past 12 months.
